Hello, I'm new here. I'm not a girl despite the avatar but my eyes do look Pris'. I've just recently figured out why life has been so strange and unpleasant for me. I'm undiagnosed as yet and probably will remain that way though I will attempt to get a diagnosis but it seems like a waste of time and another ticket for dissapointment to me.

From lurking on the boards for a bit I'd say I was on the 'mild' end of the spectrum as I can get by on my own and can make some decent money. I can't say I'm anywhere near normal though and have had to find my own way of earning a living in solitude as people seem to be averse to my presence once they get to know me.

I'm 30 and had a half decent go at pretending to be normal to get by but failed pretty badly and it's not something I'll be trying again. I reckon I'll be taking it easy from now on living a life of liesure. It's a lonely one though, I think I might be different from most here in that I enjoy the company of others it's just I seem to drive them away. I'm working on that though as I've only got one friend left and I think it's bad form to rely on a friend like that.

I'm kind of obsessed with this board and it's subject at the minute so I'll probably be here a lot. Any questions?

Welcome to WP.

I am very much so the same way with friends. I enjoy the company of them, but I don't believe I really have any of them left though. I seem to just go on and on until they ignore me and walk away. When I meet them or either I am left out of most conversations and walk away myself from feeling so nonexistent. They talk as if I don't exist. They don't even look at me. Ever need someone new to talk to I could always use a new friend.

Thanks for the welcomes! That sounds tough DeadFire, I've been mainly solitary for a while now so haven't had that happen for a while but know what it's like.
