Hey, all.

I think aspergers is a vile curse, that only makes life harder. But that's a rant for another day. I'm 13, about to be 14, and I listen to lots of metal. I like to play Pokemon, I love my pet lizard.

Post a pic! My nephew (whom I suspect is also an Aspie) has had various reptiles and other critters as pets over the years. I think he has only his large (and now elderly, if still alive) bearded dragon at present.

I remember being 13/14 very well cos it was the most miserable time of my life. I used to run a lot and that eased the pain (well at least allowed me to forget for a while)

Aspergers wasnt even recognised as a condition until I was at University so I hope that at least makes your teen life a little easier than mine.

Yeah, I guess it was the same for alot of us.

I'm trying to make the best of it, I suppose, and supposedly, it's supposed to get better. I don't like to think that I have AS, and somebody once actually asked me if I had autism. I answered no, which was probably the best decision, since kids like to associate autism with mental retardation.
