Does anyone have extreme issues with the sounds people make when they eat? I absolutely can't stand it and have to get away as fast as possible. I also can't stand it when people talk with their mouths full, the distortion of the voice drives me insane!
Yes, noisy chewing or drinking or crunching or crackling and all of that just about drive me nuts even though my own sounds do not bother me. But the worst of all for me is when my wife occasionally cracks her chewing gum. She will stop immediately and apologize whenever I say something about it, and I do not refrain from letting other people know there are ways to eat without sounding like hogs.

Also can anyone reverse words out loud within a second of hearing them? I have been doing this for as long as I remember and haven't met anyone else who does it. Just a few thoughts to ponder....

No, I cannot do that, but I once heard a singer do his "Talk Backwards" routine, and it was great! "I love you" became "U evol I!" One thing I used to be able to do, however, was to repeat your words right back to you even as you continue speaking.
