Hello, I'm a new member to this forum. :D
I'm not diagnosed with Aspergers but I am definatly certain that I may have most of the common symptoms.
Throughout my young life I was very quiet and shy and I rarely interacted with anybody apart from my twin brother. During the beginning of high school I found it very difficult and terrifying to make freinds and once I did make freinds I was bullied by many people for reasons that I still don't know today.
I also had many interests troughout my child life, I use to be fascinated with roman coins at the age of 10 and then my interests changed and I started having an interest in Mercedese Benz, and then the interest turned to airbags and oil/spring suspension, DMU trains, LCD displays, citaro buses, drive-by-wire, passenger jets and aviation, and now today, Physics.
The time that I would spend on my interests varied, commonly I would spend 3 years on each interest and I would spend my full time and dedication on that interest, I must confess, I would not want to live without having a personal interest on a subject.

I feel that my message is too looonngg, so I'll just give you a list below.

I'm sensitive to clothing (particularly on the chest, shoulders, lower torso
I'm sensitive to certain noises, ie keyboards, talking, tapping.
I get irritated by the noises described above, I get annoyed!! :x
I don't like socialising and obviously no freinds, I hate being in a social situation, ie party or wedding or with a group of people I don't know
I usually stick to someone I know for that entire time whenever I'm in a social situation.
I worry over issues that may affect my health, ie lead poisoning or carcinogenic material, this can make me feel very depressed ans useless.
I have a excellent memory on subjects that I pay particular interest too, the opposite effect happens when I become worried.
I have a problem with looking people in the eyes while talking, I have a tendency to stare (this has led to many people mistakening this with flirting).
Now that I am conscious that my eye contact has caused some trouble amongst work collegues, I try to find different techniques to solve the problem. I ask myself this, how does a normal person respond with their eyes?
Another habit of mine, which I wasn't concious at all untill I read about AS symptoms, is that I tend shale my left leg whenever I'm eating food or watching tv, etc

Do you ever feel depressed or isolated amongst society?
I experience this above.
