Hello, I have AS, though I have also been diagnosed with PDD-NOS, I have been reading this forum for quite a long time, but haven't posted much. I always thought of myself as a weird person, because of my weird phobias like being affraid of thunderstorms and being sensitive to the sound of a balloon's exploding sound for example, but now I see that there are plenty of people who also have those problems on the spectrum and it isn't uncommon; many posts on this made a clearer picture of how other people with AS are like. That's nice. 
I don't know what else to say, I am not really good at writing long posts.

Hey Sharkuu, you don't have to exactly write long posts to have an interesting thread... sometimes having a small posts is alot easier of users on the internet who are not heavy readers plus you could turn it into questions like what I do with some of my posts and I sometimes get alot of people answering them
