Hello. I will not say my real name here as I am rightfully cautious. I have been recently diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome by my Psychologist, and am in the process of acquisitioning as much information as possible in an effort to lessen and/or eliminate this problem. My areas of deficieny that must be improved are predominantly Social and Academic in nature. I am looking forward to learning how best to purge my weaknesses and become a more capable person.

Welcome.

I suggest you start by reading the forums and articles here. If you feel confortable, start more threads.

Your psychologist can be a wealth of information. Did he/she quanitify your strenghts and weaknesses? That can be a starting point for narrowing questions/topics to work on.

If you live in the United States you might wish to contract your state's Autism Society. Often they have info on social groups that might interest you.

Again, welcome.
