Hi. I wouldn't say I'm obsessed but I think Vespas are cool. I seen an anime, one of my favourites, and for the closing theme they showed a Vespa being dragged through various streets in Japan, it was pretty cool. It was yellow and looked sort of vintage... classic... it had broken down and was awaiting repairs thus they had to drag it, strenuous for them.
Anyway, welcome!
I don't know anything about anime.
Maybe I'll learn. 
I have difficulties walking around, so I need a little scooter to move around on. My scooter sort of resembles a wheelchair.
