so as I'm writing "hi" in the subject line, i instantly have the memory of a guy named, David Deangelo (a guru in the "helping guys get girls" community)
and I remember watching a video where he says, "you don't wanna say hi, say what's up, cool guys say what's up."
So now I have the thought in my head "if I say hi, girls reading this will automatically think I'm a loser."
Do I really believe this? Yes, for mainstream culture cool - No, for genuine coolness.
Plus, let's say I went against my instinct to type in "hi," and I deleted it and typed in "what's up,"
you people reading this would not know the mini-dilemma in my head, but for myself, I know that I just made an attempt at being cool.
However! lately I made an effort to stop saying what might be the cool thing to say, and now I'll just start saying what comes to mind -
as long as it's not offensive or inappropriate...and doing this helps my natural personality shine through, which I believe will lead to good things.

that is my introduction, if you read every word without skimming, I admire you, because when something is this long my first instinct is to skim it,
but that is an instinct I want to change!
