In my mind, a timeless, ageless and wholly imaginary landscape in which nothing exists other than the things I will into being by admiration, wonder, or even love. In reality, Glasgow, home of vulgarity and squalor.

Hobbies and Interests:
Reading, writing, running . . . and inadvertently thinking far too much about everything until reality resembles a sort of mangled hat.

Why are you here?
Because I don't belong anywhere else ( . . . and nor, for the most part, would I want to, which is telling in itself).

July, 2008.

Floundering Alumnae.

Favorite music:
Morrissey, Nick Cave and R.E.M. - unless I'm running, in which case I don't want to think and will listen to whichever crass tat has lately been doled out.

. . . Too few to mention. Television is, on the whole, fairly dreadful. I have a great affection for Wes Anderson's films, Napoleon Dynamite, Edward Scissorhands, and things with Adrien Brody in them.

I plan not to compromise myself by caring what my family think of me. I plan to not let down the people who care about me. I plan to teach myself to worry less.

Why are you here? Just chillin, some extra reading material between practicing jujitsu in my backyard and my lastest book, Van Gogh in Procence and Anvers. maybe meet someone?

Year/Grade: graduated community college, waiting for inspiration before choosing a major

Favorite music: classic rock, bluegrass, hip-hop, dubstepp and drum and bass (beats antique, bassnectar, all the glitch mobb members individually not so much the entire group playing all together, bay area sound like tipper and ana sia and heyoka) pretty much anything melodic or funky with a driving rhythm

Books: bukowski doin it for me so far, keeps me going when i need more motivation

TV shows/Movies: movies please, go see the last airbender! its amazing

Do you like sports? basketball. i'm tall and was very good when i used to play more

How did you find this website? remembered someone i used to know talked about it. when i began putting the pieces together i naturally came here looking for answers, and although i like the articles so far i haven't made any internet friends, i dont think

Plans for the future? Purchase a lovely cottage in the country someplace warm, a couple horses, decorate a nice garden, build a halfpipe in the lawn and smoke a tobacco pipe on the patio painting portraits of the countryside. Brew my own beer perhaps? maybe have a pen pal?
