I'm really bad with message boards, and I am more likely to lurk than participate, but I've decided to stop avoiding the reality of what I have rather than wishing it would go away.

I have had a horrible life and never knew this condition existed until my now-wife who is a Psych major informed me that I had it last year. I blew her off and never did any research into it myself until a few months ago when I took my own Psych course for some SB credit and recognized the same thing that she had. I've spent the time between then and now trying to come to terms with it, and I think I finally have.

So, hello. I am Brennon, and I have Aspergers.

Welcome to WP, Oxybeles. And as for the "lurking", right now (as of this post) exactly 645 people are "lurking" on Wrong Planet and only 176 members are on WP (and probably 10% don't even post)!
