Mid 20s guy living in NYC area. Mild Tourettes, but has been really bad for the past few months and got a referral to a neurologist (seems to be receding to manageable over the past week and probably won't go through with it). While researching Tourettes came across Aspergers stuff and realized how much I had in common (my wife has also mentioned it in the past). Mostly sensitivity to light/sound, problems with emotions, bad at conversation with strangers (tending to concentrate on my focal interests and the like). Also suspect ADHD, but like Tourettes, it's manageable.

So, uh, here I am.
