Hello WP, I am new to the site. I think my son may have aspergers (group concensus says I have it so logic would dictate he might too) so I am looking into the aspergers communities to see suggestions or ideas as to what may help me with him as he grows. I have been obsessed with the "Wheel of Time" novels since I was about 12 years old (first novels I ever read) and have not stopped reading them and many other novels. But Robert Jordan's books I always come back to and the social aspect of the books hugely influenced my outlook on life and the way I handle myself in a social situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with aspergers, they are 1 of the biggest reasons I am functional today and have kids and a wife. This is my summary!

Welcome.

I have heard plenty of good reviews about wheel of time series, maybe I should read the first book and see if I find it interesting.

Its the best series I have ever read, its usually referred to as "High fantasy" so be prepared for some thinking when you read them there are so many twists in the story and somewhere around 300 characters to keep track of its nuts. But sooo engrossing.
