That is what the forums are for. I suggest you have a read of the forums and post replies to topics that interest you or create new threads in the relevant forums about your interests. Similarly with situation coping.

tbh i dont really know how to use these forums so i was hoping people could come to me and tell me how they cope and tell me their interests etc etc etc

I find that if I offer information about myself first, others that share my interests, point of view or challenges are more likely to respond. I just posted in this thread - if you'd like to know a little about me, you can find some information there.

Also, you can check a users profile for information. Some users post information there. :)

No - I am not diagnosed. At my age, I see no benefit and may possibly open myself up to health insurance complications. If you are young and need assistance, a diagnosis would be invaluable.
