Hi there,

I’ve been lurking around WP since December

I’m not diagnosed with Aspergers/Autism, though I relate to a lot of what's spoken- or rather written- about here.

I say things abruptly, and without thought. I find it hard to show empathy. (I cried for weeks when my pet cat died, but not a single tear when my nan passed away.) I’m awkward in social situations; sometimes have absolutely no clue what to say, and when I do speak, absolutely agonize over how stupidly weird it must sound. Actually that kind of goes for here, too.

I'll just shut-up for now! :wink:

Is that user name an indication of a particular interest? I'm partial to all things Japanese myself.
