Just thought i would say hello to everyone. Im not really sure if i should really be here, but over the last year or so ive done a lot of research online about aspergers because of the fact that i seem to act and think differently to most other people i know. Ive not been diagnosed or anything.
I think this would be a good place to be to learn more about aspergers, about how others deal with things in their lives. maybe ive aspergers, or maybe im just strange. Who knows i guess. But anyway, hello.

Hi there. new to the site myself too. actualyl diagnosed in the last week. so... still finding my feet.

sounds like the kind of thoughts that were troubling me so much. wasnt sure what it was, couldnt put my finger on it and despite my best efforts, couldnt get it to go away.

after reading for the first time about aspergers... i was amazed and kind of... well... lets say it was a huge revelation and had to be investigated further.

cant tell you what a huge relief it was to get diagnosed.

anyway. hope you find some support.

I'm also a newbie and am here mainly for advice about my son. However, I am 100% certain my mother is autistic (though she was never diagnosed) and I also share some of these traits. I think maybe a lot of people are somewhere on the spectrum! I like to think my oddities are what make me special
