there are some that also experiment with clomid [boosts testosterone] and arimidex [curbs estrogen]. YMMV.

you're so lucky! if I so much as look at any food other than veggies, the weight comes roaring back.

as much as i wish it was...it isn't. i think my hair is too thick to get like that. my nose also is larger and more hooked.

my pediatrician called it "majestic and roman" but IMO it makes me look avian more than anything.

but it does make breathing easier. :bounce:

i begun to appreciate mine more, when i made the discovery that the "strength" of one nostril over another was intentional and there was not something wrong with me.

the "dominant nostril", the one that sucks in air better than the other is not set in stone and changes every day.

this disparity is important to have because it allows us to smell more things...some scents are quickly absorbed, being rushed to the olfactory receptors before being absorbed early in the nose. other odorants need to take their sweet time to be absorbed by the receptors, not just going straight to the lungs.

they "split" their workload in something some call the nasal cycle.
