Im from The Netherlands.
Im diagnosed when i was 17 (PDD-NOS). 
Now i am 20.
I can not so good English speaking you see ^
I hate that!

It doesn't matter how good your English is, in my opinion - as long as you can get your message across you should be fine (My view is that, regarding *anybody* learning second languages.)

Welcome and well met. Hopefully you enjoy your stay here. If you haven't already, I suggest you take a look at the foreign aspies forum, which has conversations in languages other than English. I'm sure you'll be able to find something in Dutch there and if you don't, then feel free to start a conversation in Dutch yourself.
