Hi everyone, im from the England, anyone else from uk ?

Been lurking on here for about 2 months now but finally decided to register.

I just want to say i couldnt believe something like AS existed, cos i really thought i was some kind of weirdo. I was almost in tears when i found out about it.

Anyway, just wanted to say hi and its great to know there is a community for us Aspies (well i think i am one).

Howdy! Yep - plenty of us UK types knocking around here (Northampton in my case, although I'm an exiled Lancastrian). Finding out AS existed was an enormous relief to me too!

I felt a sense of enlightenment and validation for all my weirdness and whatever else made me uncommon..it was a day i'll always remember

Welcome to WrongPlanet Jonny! I am from the UK also (West Yorkshire) and there are plenty of Brits here.... realising I had AS helped me to understand why I was 'weird' and explained a lot of the things that have happened in my life. I don't feel too different here though - we have a good community here. Glad you decided to join us.
