hello, my name is aspie_railroader. as my name indicates, i am an aspie who is intrested in trains. i was diagnosed around the age of 3, but i didn't want to acknoledge it for the longest time because i thought it was somtheing to be ashamed of. but as time went on, i realise that it actually may be somtheing to be proud of. so i figured i should take some time to get to know others on the spectrum.

also, to american users, happy thanksgiving!

That shame thing is hard to get past, isn't it? A lot of normal people, and - I'm fairly sure - a lot of undiagnosed adult autistics, apply it stringently, and if you don't go along? Well, that just proves they were right.
