I Took all the online tests and they all say I should be here
I should really see a doctor about it...
I've spent the last 6 years taking care of my mother.
Now shes past on and I'm alone with all these social anxieties amongst other mental issues.
Don't know what to type anymore so that's my sob story and Hello.

Hang in there, Richard. It's not all bad.

Are medical expenses a problem for you? It can take some experimentation to find professionals who are interested in, and appropriately skilled for, helping. A formal diagnosis is useful through that process, and that usually costs a few appointments worth.

There are drugs that help with anxiety, which might be an avenue worth exploring.
