Hi, I just joined this site today. I'm 18 years old, and I really really like video games lol. I moved into a college dorm a few months ago and found that, despite my parents telling me how great it was going to be, is just as bad as high school (if not worse). Currently, my only friends are my friends from high school, who all live over 2 hours away. I'm joining this site to maybe make some friends, since making friends normally is extremely difficult for me.

Hey, hey! I am new too, posted here because I have a similar interest in gaming and that tenuous link was enough for me

When I went to uni I was terrified but excited at the same time. It's hard at first but just remember you WILL look back on this as an experience you will never forget (in a good way). As hard as it was at first I miss my uni days, it has definitely made me a better person and now I am actually able to function in society and have made many valuable friends.

One trick I've recently learned that may come in handy for you; try not to take an arrow to the knee, guard work does not pay well
