I have the symptoms of ADHD, but it was never diagnosed perhaps because I also have a social anxiety that keeps my loud mouth quiet and I'm obsessed with learning random facts (which is why I've done well in school). I can appear to be a "nerd", but having ADHD doesn't make me a very reliable one (I have narrow interests). I grew up in an Adventist home in New York, but I didn't absorb much about religion, my mind was focused on learning at school, watching television, and playing with toys until I received Pokemon Yellow for my 12th birthday.
After moving a few times out of state and returning back to New York (because my dad's clientele are there), my interests narrowed down to one TV show called Heroes and a facebook game based on it (plus with some religious curiosity). When I began college, I wasn't really doing my best to get good grades, then I moved to Pennsylvania again because my dad wasn't getting enough income to pay the rent in New York. Then my favorite TV show and facebook game was discontinued, which allowed me to turn my focus to other interests.
I'm currently studying Criminal Justice at a university and now I've opened my curiosity to a wide range of subjects (but only able to focus on a few at a time), these subjects include: history, religion, philosophy, physical and mental health, child development, and animals (I like watching cat videos
)
I'm not much of a "social blogger", but I archive random things in blogs to make sense of my philosophical views. I also like to learn random facts about anything and watch random videos on youtube.
I studied about the autistic spectrum in the university I go to and I found it quite fascinating! I found this forum by googling about Aspergers (because I think aspies are cool), so I decided to sign up here!
My username here is DreamyRocky because I like to daydream
