Hello, I'm new.

I registered a few days ago and have been putting off introducing myself. My interests at the present are foreign/classic films, drawing, and politics. I'm eighteen years old and I haven't been officially diagnosed with Asperger's but I'm sure I have it. I was diagnosed with selective mutism and OCD at age 5, but when I moved and changed schools the new school counselor said I didn't have selective mutism, but instead was just stubborn and didn't want to talk, which was obviously not true. I'm in college now and I can't believe I've made it this far. People either tell me I'm rude or "chill", but really I'm extremely nervous and have no idea how to act around them. I hope to find solace here.
