Hi there, I am brand new here so here's my introduction.

I am NT, work as a therapist for children and teens specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy and just started working at a practice that deals a lot with Asperger patients. I am very interested to find out what Aspies have found helpful and not helpful in therapy so I can better tailor my sessions to their needs and wishes.

Additionally, I grew up with a mother and brother who both fit the criteria for being on the autism spectrum, neither have been diagnosed.

Nice to be here, looking forward to learning from the posts I read here.
