Hello all, my names William I'm 18 years old and for the whole of my adolescents I have believed that there is something wrong with me, due to the bad thoughts that come into my head and my poor socail skills, low self esteem, anxiety and what I have recently become aware of, my low levels of empathy. So I did some research into my symtoms and noticed a positive correlation between my levels of empathy and the autism spectrum by taking the EQ/SQ test. My result were 15 EQ 60 SQ extreme systemizing. oh and I forgot to add I have some obsessive routines I do that involve a number of action such as before going to bed.

I was just wondering whether you guys knew if any of these symptoms were specific to an autism spectrum disorder of some sort and if not I'm guessing that good although I may be suffering from some other sort of disorder.
