Hi, I'm new here, but not to this site as I've been lurking around here for a while. I'm also on the On the Spectrum site, which I found via a link here. Anyways I see myself as being on the spectrum and probably likely have AS, but I'm still slightly hesitant about self-diagnosing. It does seem though that the more I read on here and other sites about it the more it sounds like me. I hear myself thinking "man that sounds just like me" or sometimes I'm just laughing out loud. I always felt different from people around my age, and sometimes I just don't get them. It's like I'm on a different brain wavelength than other people. It was nice to find out I'm not the only one who feels this way. Right now I'm not seeking an official diagnosis because I doubt a psychologist would believe me as I can appear to seem "normal" pretty well. :wink: Along with this I've also been plagued with social anxiety disorder. So, you seem like a really cool group of people. *jumps into the club*
