Hi there. Not sure where to start, but here goes..
I just took the Aspie quiz, and my scores indicated that I likely have Asperger's. I'd felt out of touch for my whole life, really, but just assumed that I just have social anxiety disorder, or something along those lines. However, after getting the score I got, I of course started going to every website in the world, checking and cross-checking, and everything is just totally falling into place.

The weird thing is, I have a daughter who has a neurological condition, so I did some research on autism prior to her non-autism diagnosis, and when I was doing that research not a lot of alarm bells went off for me. Sure, the social problems, but...

Okay, anyway, here's the part I always have trouble with. I'm a 43 year old mom and wife living in Fort Bragg, NC. I have hobbies and interests, blah blah blah. Like to read, like to cook, like to mess around on photoshop. Nice to meet you!

Thanks, folks! I'm just so relieved that this forum exists. Although, seriously, it shouldn't surprise me. Because, think about it, most if not all Internet forums have at least one aspie to thank for their day to day operation.
