I’m a young adult with Aspergers. I was diagnosed when I was 16, which explained a lot and began major learning and growing process for me. Receiving support in high school was difficult, and my parents and I had no idea what to do. In the past I have struggled socially and with executive functioning skills. I have improved in these areas immensely, and I have had to figure out how to make these great strides mostly on my own. Now I’m doing quite well as a university student. I thought it would be nice to connect with some other people on the spectrum.
