I'm new... sort of. I replied to some blogs a couple of years ago and then went undercover :)

I'm in my mid-30's, but I still feel young and scared. I was diagnosed as an Aspie three years ago when my boss pointed out my social skills issues and attempted to fire me. I still have trouble with work but I teach students who are bright but have special needs, and wanted to ask the group: what is needed for youth and adults with Aspergers that would help them survive and thrive in the community? Blogs are nice, but, what else? My family has told me to start a business based on helping people, and I have been told that I'm successful for an Aspie (maybe as an EC inclusion teacher - takes a lot of social skills and flexibility, and I will be starting a PhD soon) so I should provide help. If you had money, and would pay someone to help you with dealing with the world, what would you be looking for?
