Where to begin?

Let see, I am 23, live in the USA and a graduate student.

I began to suspect that I have Aspergers last spring and after much research on my own, I went to a psycologist to be formally evaluated and was diagnosed as having Aspergers Syndrome. My main question now is "What do I do next?" Also do I need to get a paper or some sort of documentation from the psycologist as proof of diagnosis?

The reason I am asking about documentation, is that wouldn't I need something like that if I even needed to request accomodations in school or at work? I was recently diagnosed with AS and although I have made it through school OK so far, I don't know that that will always be the case when I enter the working world.
