I'm totally new here. A friend referred me to this forum because my boyfriend has autism (I do not - I'm not on the spectrum at all). My boyfriend is actually a member here - SpazzDog. :)

We have been dating for 2 months now and we've known each other for just a bit longer than that. I feel like I've known him forever, though! I just felt an instantaneous connection with him from the moment that we met. He's amazing - I absolutely adore him. :heart:

I am excited to join your community! I hope I can meet some interesting people, find some support & advice and learn a lot here.

Hi LadyBugS. I'm the boyfriend she made allusions to. I haven't been to the forum in years but thought I'd get back in to it since she wanted to learn more about what it's like. She has challenged me to become a better person in ways no one has before.

Well isn't this cute. Spazzdog, you are a lucky man, congrats bro. As for LadybugS, it always warms my heart to see a successful mutual relationship between an Aspie and NT. As it so happens your boyfriend and I share a commonality, I am also in a significant romantic relationship with an NT woman. She has yet to join us but all in good time.
