So I posted something earlier, then realized I hadnt made a proper introduction of myself, so here I am! My name is Chris, I am 22 (Im pretty sure anyway) from Michigan. I was diagnosed with AS about five years ago by my mom, who also has AS. I enjoy computers, science fiction, and am quite obsessive over history, ancient history in general, Eastern Roman and "Byzantine" to be exact. I am also a contract employee for the NSF and am currently working at McMurdo Station in Antarctica, something of a dream job to me. I really like it down here as it is about as far away from civilization as you can get, its really cold, and I am free to spend my time off secluded in my dorm. Also, the scenery is quite striking, when you can see it anyway...it is winter right now, meaning 24 hours of darkness but also cool things like Auroras and the Milky Way.
Anyway, I thought I would say hi, and that I am really bad at tying up conversations or blurbs, so Ill just stop right here.
Also, I loathe the term "Byzantine", and anyone else interested in history would probably know why.
