Hello,

I'm a recently-diagnosed Scottish Aspergian, in my early 40s, who on getting his diagnosis suddenly everything in my life that's confused me (people, conversation, socialising) "clicked" into place. Ah, the joys of later-in-life diagnosis.

Taking the advice of Mr. Attwood, author of The Complete Guide to Asperger's Syndrome (which I'd recommend, ignoring some of its more platitude-laden content), I'm joining an internet forum in a bid to make friends.

Welcome! I'm in my late thirties, still undiagnosed, but I totally agree on how everything suddenly "clicks".
