Hi, I am the logical thinker of these forums and pure bread Aspie, despite scoring very law on the online Aspergers Syndrome test.

I believe science is the answer for many social and ethical problems. Science is also the tool of understanding. Understanding leads to compassion, while ignorance and illogic leads to hate and wickedness.

I am also on the lookout for help and advice on surviving with AS.

*Standing ovation* Maybe we should start a political party.

NTs need to learn how to think properly. I often find their irrationality quite disturbing. Perhaps a reduced emphasis on physical "education" during the school years and a greater emphasis on teaching programming, chess, thinking skills would be beneficial.

One good thing about this part of the world that I'm grateful for is the existance of an "Asperger Team". http://www.merseycare.nhs.uk/content-923
I've not employed the service much myself, but it looks like a possible solution.
I'd be surprised if something similar didn't exist in London.
