Is there anyone in the New York City or lower Westchester County area?
I'm in lower Westchester. I am very, very high-functioning...to the point where no one believes I have Asperger's but my family (who knows me the best) and my psychiatrist.

Something cool: MY MOM MET TONY ATWOOD! way back when I was like 7 and she wouldn't have a clue about Asperger's until I was 18! He was speaking at a conference she went to with her fellow teachers.

Anyway, I've had a bunch of close friends growing up and still have them today, but never really had an aspie friend. There's so many nowadays it's amazing! hah.

Cool! Mt. Vernon High School?? I went to school in Mt. Vernon as well but it was a small, private Christian school that doesn't exist anymore lol. It was better off for my Asperger's it turns out.
