Hi there!

I'm new here, obviously. I'm in the long and frustrating process of being diagnosed with Asperger's. I have one doc who thinks I definitely have it, and I'm waiting on an appointment with a specialist, which I hope will go as smoothly.

In the meantime, it's nice to have this place to come to. I'm a big, big fan of anything to do with dogs, especially, they make me light up and want to run over to pet all of them ... until the human walking them wants to talk, of course. :(

Ha ha, so true! Have a little dog who in one way is a great social distraction, people focus on the animal and animal centric dialogue but also a social magnet... with the ice broken folks tend to want to keep up the chatting.

Good luck with your diagnoses and your appointments. WrongPlanet is a nice place to visit. I love dogs. Saw one today that looked like a stuffed animal and its fur looked like a sweater.
