I was here a while back and then went through a phase of trying to pretend I was not on the autism spectrum. I got sick of it and tried to wish it all away. Problem is, that doesn't work. I can't change my brain. So I am making an attempt to learn to accept this piece of myself. Somehow I am going to have to let go of all the expectations everyone else has for me and learn to be happy with myself. I figured this was a good place to start to work on that. Thanks!

Hahahahaha. I can totally relate to sort of pretending you're normal. I actually just came back today as well.

Glad to see others go through the same phases!

Welcome back to us!
