I'm new. :) I'm a 20 year old male and I guess I have AS. :? I have no real friends right now... I'm really shy. I mean, I know a lot of people around here, but none of them are my friends. I never go out. For example, just today, I was getting my laundry and someone in the building saw me and said "Oh my god! You're actually out of your room!". I just  and then  and headed back. :( Can't really go anywhere if I have no friends, right? :x I get the feeling that they think I like to just hang out in my room all day.. it really sucks.

Welcome Meox

Since I stopped working I have spent my time (quite happily) in my own home with the occasional venture out into the world. Once a week for art lesson and once a week to the local shop.

I hope you find wrong planet a place where you can be yourself.

Hi Meox. It is hard for me to talk to people as well, and I also go to college, but I am lucky enough to have some friends who stick with me even though I can ignore them at times.

If people think you don't want to go out, maybe you should try going out more often, or asking someone to go do something with you, instead of going by yourself. That might show them you are interested in becoming friends. Even if you don't want to do this, you don't have to be with someone to go there. Some of my most enjoyable walks as well as trips to the mall were by myself.
