Hi everyone. Just popped on to say hello to everyone. My dh and I have one Daughter who is twelve. She has diagnosed Aspergers and possible dyspraxia. She is gifted academically and she has been out of School since trying to settle at Comprehensive School in Sept 2012. This didn't work out for her at all and her massive anxiety issues worsened so much we took the decision to remove her from School. She managed five weeks at the School but it was the worst five weeks of her life. Anyway with advice from the School we had tutors come to the house to teach her rather than her going to the School which worked so well and her anxiety levels settled down to a manageable level. Since then she now has a Statement of SEN and she has a place at a wonderful School for kids on the spectrum starting full time in September 
She loves the School as we do and we know she will be happy which is lovely.
I can so relate to the posts on this forum and Im looking forward to getting to know you all.
So it's a massive hello from my family and me.
