Hey....I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Melinda. I found about this site from "The View". The show this morning was about Autism and featured many guests including Temple Grandin. My nine-year-old nephew (has a fraternal twin brother that is not Autistic) was diagnosed with Autism about 7 years ago. It has been a learning experience for all of us. Never having been around anyone Autistic before, all we new were horror stories about group homes and how bad it was. I have tried to gather all the information that I can to help my nephew Ben. He is so precious to us all. I hope to get any ideas and suggestions from you all that will help me to be a good Aunt and example for him. This is a wonderful site and I will visit often!
