Hey. I have terrible trouble with computers, and the laptop that I use to communicate is no exception. It has been kicking me out of the web all day long, and randomly puts up the ms explorer cannot connect to the webpage garbage.

If I disappear it will not be that I intended to leave WP. it will be that this computer no longer exists as a unified entity. it may spend the night out in the rain.

It sounds as if you may have issues with a browser hijacker or other spyware issues. I would first recommend using another browser such as Opera or Firefox. After that, I would want to search for a spyware removal utility like Spybot Search and Destroy, or AdAware and using it after you turn off the spyware items in your Startup Items and reboot.

sorry you are having pc troubles, nutbag, I hope it works out soon. If it is any help, I used to get those all the time I think it was some famous programs I was running. Surprisingly when I stopped using them things did get better. I don't want to say which ones, they are pretty popular chatting programs though....

I just wasn't computer techy enough to have the super skills to avoid back door viruses and the like. Automated pings. Glitches in the system.

So, when I stopped using chat based communication programs ....

anyways, whatever it is, I hope it gets better. Cant' have our old timers falling off the map.

I've been through 3 computers due to the net already.
