Hello! My name is Catherine. I am 18 years old and I live in North Carolina. I stumbled across this site when I was looking for an online community designed for people with Aspergers and other neurological differences. I am here because I want to communicate with others, share my interests with them, and get to know them. I have a hard time making friends and connecting with others due to my social awkwardness and diverse interests. Communicating to others online might be a little easier for me.
My interests are: photography, birds, nature, travel, animation (classic cartoons, Disney movies, other animated films), cartoon characters, geography, collecting certain things, art, learning about different countries and cultures of the world-I find that very fascinating, national parks, music from (but not limited to) the late fifties to early sixties, and rhinos. I may have missed some things...but these things interest me most.

Hi Catherine! Welcome to Wrong Planet. There are a lot of interesting and helpful forums here. In addition to help based forums there are social ones here, and ones for games, for computers and electronics, artists, and many other areas of interest, but all geared towards autistic and Asperger's people, and those with related conditions. We also welcome Neuro Typicals here too, as many come on to find info to help in dealing with friends and relatives on the autism/Asperger's spectrum.
