I've known I have an autism spectrum disorder for years but I've been avoiding diagnosis because I didn't want to have to deal with it, so I'm not sure of all the details yet. It runs in my family, but no one until now has accepted to deal with it openly or talk about it. Last year I moved to a new city and I found that the unknown levels in my social space have been causing me increasing difficulty, so I decided its time to face it.

This is the most helpful website I've come across! Looking forward to chatting and learning how to manage with less burn out.
