I took up cycling to get out the house more and it's really helped me to gain a bit of confidence in my self.
Once you break a few walls down everything seems a little less harder even though you know there's still some things you will never be to do like a normal person.
But I guess it depends on how much it's anxiety holding you back and how much of it is ASD

Yes I try to get out the house more often: running and biking. However, I am now unemployed and I can't be totally peaceful with this situation, if you know what I mean. It's also a source of anxiety that prevents me to be totally focused on out-door activities. I don't know if it makes sense?
