Hi all,
after joining a few years ago ,I have Returned and I am Glad To Be back As the forums helped me a lot in My initial As Diagnosis
Previously , and I look forward to chatting ( Ocassionally :D ) with other members Of Wrongplanet. I am from Scotland.

if the problem is insomnia, I know at least one person on WP for whom melatonin was a relief for such.
