My name is John, I'm 27, I'm from Raleigh North Carolina, and I currently work in a Kellog's factory producing crackers. I?m a US citizen, but not a US national. My religion is Catholic, and my politics are moderate. I say what I think people need to hear, not what I think people want to hear. For fun I like to read, solve riddles, play board games, and dance. I am interested in science, history, math, philosophy, theology, art, literature, different cultures, animals, guns, polemics, fashion, hang gliding, sand boarding, bouldering, pretty white-to-olive skinned girls with dark brown hair, etc. I use the definition of Aspergers syndrome in order to understand why I struggle with certain aspects of life, but I do not consider it fundamental to my identity.

That I hope is a fairly comprehensive introduction. Anything else you wanna know just ask!

By the way, for those of you so inclined, I?ll be posting a picture of myself in the picture thread. I have nothing to hide. I attempted to post a picture of myself for my avatar, but all the pictures I have are much too large for the meager limits imposed.

I've never been to Raleigh--but I heard it's a relatively progressive city within the "research triangle."
