So I'm one of those "on the fence" people trying to figure out why I've never really fit in. I'm hoping talking with you guys here will help me get a better idea of what might be up with me while I wait forever to get a Canadian psychiatrist. Socialising with people I don't know is really hard for me, even online, so I'll probably just lurk but yeah, hi, hopefully I manage to talk with some of you! You can call me Ms No Name, I suppose, until I feel more comfortable..
I am so tempted to put up one of those "do you think I have it?" threads and post a nice list (I love making lists) of all the little tiny things that have aroused my suspicions, but I'm not sure if those threads annoy everyone or not. I have no ASD diagnosis yet (as mentioned I am still waiting for a psychiatrist), but I do have a social anxiety diagnosis. My family doctor gave me it after five minutes of talking (well, mumbling is a better word) with me, so I'm not completely sure how accurate I feel it is.
...Yeah, I don't know how to introduce myself. Hi, nice to meet you?
