Hi everyone. I've been putting off making an account here for a while as I wasn't sure whether it would really be beneficial, but I've realised that I'm getting more and more reclusive and could definitely do with talking to some like-minded people, so what the heck!
I got diagnosed with HFA about 2 months ago now, but still find I don't fully understand it and people around me certainly don't, either. I'll probably infrequently visit these forums to talk non stop about myself in an effort to better understand myself, so apologies in advance.
