Hello, everyone. I signed up yesterday, and started posting on the main board, and lurked in the chatroom a couple times, and so I guess I should actually introduce myself. I'm Sarah, diagnosed with depression in '04 and panic disorder in '05, and I suspect I have AS (I'm going to ask my psychiatrist about it at my next visit, if I get up the nerve). My partner, Kelly, noticed some aspie tendencies in me a year ago, but I didn't believe her. When one of my panic attacks over the winter was severe, though, and in the middle of it I could have been mistaken for Dustin Hoffman in "Rain Man" (except I'm a woman! hee hee), I finally had to look it up... and the more I read about Asperger's the more it sounded like me... And the more it sounded like me the more I understood why I was different from the other geeks in school, and why I fidget, etc... So, here I am! Hi!
P.S. My spellchecker wants Asperger's to be Supercharger's.
That' s just odd.
