Hello there ! My name is Tristan. I live in Tucson, Arizona but I'm originally from Nogales, Arizona. I have Aspergers Syndrome was diagnosed at the age of 12, I was later diagnosed with OCD, PTSD and severe anxiety disorder. My interests include Cultures and ethnicities but I gotta love SPAIN ❤ art, writing, music, flamenco music and dancing, gypsies, drawing, swimming, Web design, fashion design, graphic design, psychology, texting, talking and reading.

I don't know much about this site but I really want to get to know others here with Aspergers Syndrome or High functioning autism as well as others who suffer on a daily with Ocd, PTSD, anxiety (Especially anxiety) or parents who's son/daughter is on the spectrum or neurotypicals..anyone is welcome to this post really!!

I like that you like flamenco music and dancing. In my younger days, before I was married, I did clog dancing.

I am 49 years old, married to a neurotypical wife. I suffer a lot of anxiety, as do our Aspie children - daughter 16, son 12 and daughters boyfriend 17.

I am improving a lot, but the biggest thing I struggle with are days when I am tired/sick stressed out and some goofy offense or irritations sets me off in a spiral of self doubt and anxiety. I probably average about once or twice a week.

I hope you find friendship, help and necouragement here.
